Savoury Course

A selection of sandwiches served on fresh wholemeal and white bread with salad garnish, chutney and coleslaw: consisting of free range hens egg sandwiches and cress, Cumberland cheddar and red onion, honey roast ham, and salmon and cucumber.

Sweet Course
**

A freshly baked scone served with butter, lemon curd, strawberry Jam and fresh cream; Carrot cake topped with a lemony cream cheese and some pouring cream; Shortbread and a mini pavlova topped with fresh cream and fresh strawberries, and some rum butter and crackers.
