Chicken liver pate flavoured with port and brandy served with warm toast and grape chutney
Chilled melon with strawberries and kiwi fruit
Pork ribs slowly cooked in a tangy BBQ sauce
Haggis traditionally served with swede puree and a light red wine sauce
Fillets of mackerel pan fried in lemon and parsley butter served with a tomato and basil sauce
