Blacksmith’s Blacksmiths soup of the day

 Chicken liver pate flavoured with port and brandy served with warm toast and grape chutney

 Chilled melon with strawberries and kiwi fruit

 Pork ribs slowly cooked in a tangy BBQ sauce

 Haggis traditionally served with swede puree and a light red wine sauce

 Fillets of mackerel pan fried in lemon and parsley butter served with a tomato and basil sauce

     Chicken and diced gammon gently cooked in a cream leek sauce topped with puff pastry

Cumberland and black pudding sausage served on mashed potato with onion gravy

 Slow roast shoulder of lamb served on mashed potato in a mushroom and madeira wine sauce

 Shark steak gently cooked in lemon and pesto butter with prawns and capers

 Escalopes of pork pan fried with mushrooms finished in a marsala wine sauce

Blackberry crème brulee

 Hazelnut and strawberry meringue

 Chocolate bread and butter pudding and custard
