I'd just like to thank you for a lovely meal that you served us recently, My partner (Malcolm Arnott) booked a table for us at your restaurant as he drives past it to work everyday and thought we should pay a visit. It was extremely nice, the tables are set out without anyone clashing chairs and there was a distinct feeling of no need to rush. All the staff were very friendly and polite and made us feel more than welcome.
This is how restaurants should be and there are so few of them these days. Thank you for being customer orientated rather than 'bums on seats' orientated.

This excellent little jewel in West Cumbria's crown is a beautiful small restaurant. The menu changes every month to keep up with seasonal, locally sourced produce. The very friendly atmosphere backed up with excellent fare cooked to perfection by a chef who displays his love and skill in the dishes.
My Wife, a gourmet chef, and I have been back several times to this lovely, cosy restaurant and will continue to support them. I strongly recommend this restaurant to any food lovers!!
